Lead a team of monitoring specialists, oversee system performance monitoring and analysis, identify potential issues and take proactive actions to mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee optimal performance, availability, and security of IT systems. Lead and develop the team; monitor IT system performance and availability using monitoring tools; analyze logs and alerts to detect issues; take proactive measures for performance and security; create and maintain monitoring documentation; work with technical teams to resolve issues; recommend and improve monitoring tools and processes; stay updated on latest technologies and best practices in proactive monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• prior experience leading or managing a team of monitoring specialists
• strong knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques such as Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
• experience analyzing system logs and alerts to identify issues
• proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python
• knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking principles
• excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
