Job description

The Project Director directs and oversees all project phases from initiation to completion while ensuring quality standards and budget compliance. Collaborates with clients, subcontractors and team members to achieve project objectives and ensure quality outcomes. Develops comprehensive project plans outlining goals, tasks, timelines and resource allocation. Identifies potential risks and implements risk management strategies. Leads project meetings and prepares reports for senior management and stakeholders. Ensures compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations throughout project operations

Requirements

• proficiency in managing project resources including personnel, materials and budgets
• knowledge of developing comprehensive project plans
• proficiency in establishing relationships with clients, stakeholders and regulatory bodies
• experience in risk identification and risk management strategies
• proficiency in leading project meetings and preparing reports
• proficiency in adhering to safety, health and environmental regulations
• 20 years experience in construction project management
• proficiency with project management software and tools
• familiarity with local construction laws and regulations
• bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• master's degree advantage
• strong leadership capabilities
• excellent organizational skills
