the employer is seeking a Behavioral Science Engagement Manager for Riyadh. The role leads design, implementation, and evaluation of behavior‑based interventions for public sector clients. Responsibilities include applying behavioral economics, psychology and decision science to identify barriers and opportunities; designing experiments and measurement approaches; delivering actionable recommendations for policy, communications or service design; supporting the creation of internal behavioral science units or labs; developing frameworks, toolkits and operating models; providing training and capacity‑building sessions; serving as primary client contact and facilitating workshops; overseeing project plans to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery; collaborating with cross‑functional teams; maintaining high standards of quality, ethics and rigor; staying updated on behavioral science developments and producing white papers or presentations

Requirements

• background in strategy consulting is a plus
