Design Manager (MEP)

Job description

The Design Manager (MEP) will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and integration of MEP systems within building projects. This role ensures that MEP designs meet all technical, regulatory, and project requirements from concept through construction, while managing consultants, and stakeholder interfaces. Your role will involve leading and managing the MEP design process across all project stages, coordinating between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure fully integrated designs, reviewing and approving MEP design documents, calculations, specifications, and drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance

Requirements

• Previous PMC experience is a must
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design and coordination tools
• Excel
