Project Manager - Experience Design

Job description

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead projects that focus on creating exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure that projects align with user needs and business objectives. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the planning and execution of experience design projects from concept to completion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Effectively managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative solutions. Conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies. Ensuring alignment between design outputs and client expectations. Providing regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders. Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

• Proficient in Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, particularly within user experience or design projects
• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or equivalent
• Experience in agile methodologies is preferred
