Job description

The role involves providing high-quality technical solutions to clients and working closely with stakeholders to meet their requirements. Tasks include analyzing client requirements and converting them into implementable technical solutions, designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications, and providing technical guidance on ITSM processes and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• experience as a ServiceNow consultant or in a technical role
• solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows and business rules
• analytical skills and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC
• proficiency in Excel and Java
