ServiceNow System Administrator

Job description

Müller’s Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive ServiceNow System Administrator to maintain the ServiceNow platform and ensure optimal performance. Manage and configure the platform, monitor system performance, support upgrades and new implementations, create technical documentation, provide user support, and stay updated on ServiceNow best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• minimum 2 years experience as ServiceNow Administrator or similar role
• proficient in ServiceNow module administration including Incident Management, Change Management and Asset Management
• familiarity with ServiceNow tools and technologies such as workflows, business rules and script includes
• strong problem‑solving skills
• excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification or related certifications
• understanding of ITIL processes and framework
• experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics or reporting tools
• knowledge of JavaScript and other programming languages relevant to ServiceNow customization.
