ServiceNow Platform Architect / Solution Architect

Job description

This role requires extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to design and implement advanced solutions that drive efficiency and improve client outcomes. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical specifications. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the architectural direction of projects while ensuring that all implementations align with best practices and industry standards. Key responsibilities include: Engaging with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translating them into technical designs for ServiceNow solutions. Architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Leading solution development, ensuring integration with other systems and adherence to security and compliance standards. Providing mentorship and guidance to developers and project teams throughout the entire implementation process. Performing system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client expectations. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, and process workflows. Keeping abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations. Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Platform Architect, specifically with ServiceNow. In-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules, capabilities, and architecture. Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for the effective engagement of stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly preferred
