Job description

Overview of the role: This role aims to support clients in implementing ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities: You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with their business processes and deliver measurable improvements. You will participate in gathering and documenting business requirements and process workflows, configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications based on client needs, and providing ongoing support and training for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the ServiceNow platform

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant or in a similar functional role
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and practices in relation to service management
• Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and align them with ServiceNow best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project requirements
• Proven knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM
• Excel
