Helix Integration / Automation Specialist (Remote)

Job description

Design, develop and implement automation solutions using Helix integration tools. Work closely with clients and internal teams to boost operational efficiency through innovative automation strategies and seamless system integration. Responsibilities include designing integration solutions for efficient data flow, creating automation workflows to improve productivity, gathering client requirements and translating them into technical solutions, monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues, documenting processes and best practices, and staying updated with the latest Helix features and integration technologies

Requirements

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
• Excel
• Effective communication
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in integration or automation roles
• Hands‑on experience using Helix
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Experience in developing automation workflows and scripts
• Proficiency in Python, Java or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services is a plus
