SAP FICO/FM and FSCM Consultant

Job description

This role is specifically designed for professionals who possess expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FICO), Funds Management (FM), and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The key responsibilities will include leading and supporting SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), FM (Funds Management), and FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) activities. Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions will also be part of the job. Configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business needs, supporting data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities are other responsibilities. Providing post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations will be expected. Working closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with project goals is crucial. Effective communication in Arabic with client teams and end-users is necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO/FM and FSCM
• Proven experience in SAP implementations and support projects
• Strong understanding of financial processes and integration with other SAP modules
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
• SAP certification in FICO or FSCM is a plus
• Proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of accounting
