Windows System Administrator

Job description

This role requires a deep understanding of Windows operating systems and will involve managing and troubleshooting server hardware, software, and networking components. You'll work closely with other IT staff to ensure high availability and performance of our systems, as well as support our users’ needs by providing excellent technical support. Key Responsibilities include: Manage, maintain, and monitor Windows servers to ensure optimal performance and availability, install and configure Windows OS and application software, troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, including hardware and software malfunctions

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022)
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other directory services
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation of tasks
• Knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Excel
