the employer is seeking a Data Program Analyst for the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. You will manage and analyze data programs to improve operational efficiency and decision‑making. You will work with multiple teams to turn raw data into meaningful insights and support initiative success. • Assist in designing, implementing and managing data programs to collect and analyze vital information. • Collect and manage data from various sources ensuring accuracy and integrity. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and program outcomes. • Analyze program data to identify trends, challenges and improvement opportunities. • Support stakeholders by providing insights and recommendations based on analysis. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for effective data sharing. • Prepare presentations and reports to convey complex data clearly and actionably. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and program management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
• 3+ years experience in data analysis or program management
• proficiency in SQL
• experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data effectively
• experience with Python or R is a plus
• excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• ability to handle multiple tasks
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• fluency in English
• proficiency in Arabic is a plus
