Job description

Play a vital role in optimizing supply chain processes for clients using SAP Supply Chain Management solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand requirements and challenges; designing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the SAP SCM module; collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance integration between SCM, logistics, production, and other SAP modules; conducting gap analysis between current processes and best practices and recommending changes; facilitating training sessions and workshops to ensure users become proficient in SAP SCM functionalities; providing ongoing support and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle; staying updated on industry trends and SAP advancements and applying them to client solutions; documenting processes, configurations, and project deliverables for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
• minimum of 5 years experience in SAP Supply Chain Management consulting
• strong understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, procurement, production and logistics
• experience integrating SAP SCM with other modules such as MM, SD and WM
• excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• experience conducting training and support sessions is advantageous
• SAP certification in SCM or related areas is highly desirable.
