Role: The SAP HCM Consultant is responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP HCM modules for clients. Works closely with clients to understand HR requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful deployment of SAP HCM solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP HCM modules
• Proficiency in SAP HCM configuration including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll
• Experience with SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Immediate availability to join the team
