Master Data Management Business Analyst - Informatica

Job description

Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Informatica-based MDM solutions meet organizational needs. Gathers and documents business requirements, analyzes existing data processes, and collaborates with technical teams on solution design and implementation. Identifies data quality issues, facilitates data governance activities, and supports ongoing MDM initiatives to improve accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Work location is onsite in Al Khobar.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent from an accredited university
• 5+ years of experience as a Master Data Management Business Analyst or similar role
• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred
• Certifications in MDM or Informatica highly preferred
• Experience in IT/Data Solutions/Networking/Cybersecurity preferred
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in MDM
• Strong understanding of MDM principles, data governance, and data quality management
• Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica, SAP MDG, Oracle is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
