Master Data Management (MDM) Administration Specialist

Job description

the employer is seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Administration Specialist to join the team. The role ensures data accuracy and consistency across the organization by managing MDM processes and tools and supporting data governance initiatives to improve quality and compliance. Responsibilities include working with stakeholders to facilitate data entry, maintenance and retrieval, providing analysis and reporting on master data issues, and developing and enforcing MDM policies and procedures to streamline master data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized university
• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred
• 5 years experience in the same field
• experience in Information Technology/Data Solutions/Networking/Cybersecurity preferred
• experience with MDM tools and platforms such as Informatica, SAP, or Oracle
• strong analytical skills with ability to manage and analyze large data sets
• familiarity with data governance concepts and practices
• excellent communication and collaboration skills
• proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools
• detail‑oriented with strong focus on data quality and integrity
• ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
