Sales Manager (Marketing)

Job description

the employer is a specialized EPC company providing comprehensive plant industry solutions. We seek a Sales Manager in Dammam to develop new contacts with Saudi Aramco, Sabic, PIF, and SWPC; strengthen existing client relationships; use market intelligence to monitor trends; track competitors and contractors; gather relevant business intelligence; support the team during tendering with technical and commercial submissions; manage industry events such as IKTVA, PIF, AACE, and IPTC; maintain an updated customer management system; arrange meetings with customers at all levels; handle company registration with active clients; prepare and submit vendor registration packages ensuring documentation compliance; keep correspondence up to date per customer requirements; identify market opportunities through project and investment research; provide market insights on demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 10 years proven sales experience
• ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• strong team management and leadership skills
• excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities
• advanced problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
• fluency in English
• Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
