Senior Quality Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance / Quality Control to oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate will lead quality initiatives across all divisions and project sites, ensure compliance with standards, coordinate audits, and drive corrective actions to enhance overall performance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of QA/QC processes in a project-driven environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications in QA/QC or QMS (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are preferred
• Proven experience in QA/QC management within project-based industries
• Strong background in audits, documentation control, and QMS implementation
• Experience coordinating with contractors, clients, and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in preparing reports, forms, and quality documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
