Job description
An Electrical Inspector audits and evaluates electrical installation and maintenance work according to Saudi standards such as IEC 60364 and the SABIC Code. He ensures the safety of devices and systems by conducting on‑site tests to identify violations or hazards. Detailed reports are issued with findings and corrective recommendations for the relevant authorities.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi electrical systems and international standards
- Reading and understanding electrical and construction diagrams
- Using test tools (current, voltage, insulation meters)
- Applying safety procedures and issuing conformity certificates
- Writing accurate technical reports and documenting the results
