Job description

Role: Spa Specialists support vital spa functions and deliver a memorable, unique guest experience. Duties: promote spa services and retail, schedule reservations and confirm appointments, answer service inquiries, check‑in guests, process payments, and manage reservation software. Ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance. Stand, walk or sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 lb unassisted and 25 lb with assistance, and perform reaching, bending, twisting and stooping as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• No license or certification
