Job description

Join a hotel that is part of the the employer network in Riyadh. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional spa services and ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests. Provide a wide range of spa treatments including body treatments and massages safely and comfortably. Keep the treatment room clean, hygienic and well stocked. Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences. Customize treatments to meet individual concerns and goals. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend suitable products. Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation. Follow all health, safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with team members for smooth spa operations. Stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques. Contribute to a positive and relaxing environment for all guests.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist
• Certification in massage therapy or related field
• Hands‑on experience in various massage techniques and face/body therapies
• In‑depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Positive attitude and empathetic nature
• Detail‑oriented with focus on cleanliness and organization
• Comprehensive knowledge of various spa treatments and products
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and treatments
• Physical stamina to perform treatments throughout the day
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with local cultural norms and customs in Saudi Arabia
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations
