Job description

Our Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting vital Spa functions. They create a memorable and unique experience for guests with Spa services. They promote Spa services and retail, schedule reservations, confirm appointments, answer guest inquiries, check in guests, and process payments as part of the experience. They ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance. They stand and move for extended periods on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, manage reservation software by reading and visually verifying information, and handle objects up to 10 pounds without assistance or up to 25 pounds with assistance, reaching overhead and below the knees while bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties accurately is critical to guest satisfaction and business success

• No related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• No license or certification
