Finance Excellence Specialist

Job description

Main purpose: Ensure the financial integrity of clubs, especially liquidity management, by monitoring cash balances and ongoing contractual commitments. Also ensure effective use of fixed support and government funding through monthly reviews, and oversee compliance of conditional approvals and settlement agreements. Operational responsibilities: Monitor cash and bank balances, monitor ongoing contract commitments and secured revenues, monthly review usage of fixed support and other government funding, detect and report violations, monitor conditional approvals and settlement agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• professional certification in accounting and/or finance
• minimum 3 years experience in accounting and/or financial reporting
• expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
• exceptionally eager to learn and lead
• good knowledge in managing large data sets
• excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
• fluency in English and Arabic
