Infrastructure Engineer

Job description

As an Infrastructure Engineer at the employer, you will contribute to the planning, design and execution of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges and utilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met with quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include assisting in planning and design, conducting feasibility studies and preparing technical reports, using engineering software to create and analyze models, collaborating with project managers and architects to ensure compliance, supporting site inspections and monitoring construction activities, participating in project meetings and presenting findings to stakeholders, staying updated on civil engineering advancements, and assisting in resolving technical issues during execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field
• minimum of 5 years experience in civil infrastructure engineering
• proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other relevant tools
• strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices and regulations
• ability to work collaboratively in a team
• excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• proactive attitude and strong commitment to project deadlines
• knowledge of local regulations and standards is advantageous
• membership in a professional engineering institution preferred
