Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

Leads all aspects of maintenance operations in NCC premises kingdom‑wide, ensures policies and procedures are followed, tasks are completed efficiently and downtime is minimized while maintaining safe work practices. Develops maintenance policies and procedures, conducts inspections, creates preventive and corrective maintenance plans, schedules maintenance, analyzes corrective issues, supervises implementation of maintenance projects, and ensures compliance with regulators and CBAHI requirements across all facilities. Supervises daily maintenance staff in clinics, satellite labs and provider labs, establishes schedules and plans for maintenance services, monitors work quality, contributes to goals and policies, implements preventive, corrective and safety programs per SLA, participates in budgeting and expense monitoring, manages petty cash, oversees inventory, coordinates construction and refurbishment projects, attends performance review meetings, conducts regular inspections, participates in hiring and training, provides leadership and coaching, liaises with service providers, reviews maintenance structure, enforces HSE policies, ensures staff training, handles ad‑hoc incidents, updates utilities database, collaborates on new construction and layout changes, documents assets and budgets, and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Diploma
• 3 years experience in MEP Engineering (mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
• proficiency in MS Office Suite
• proficiency in basic AutoCAD
• proficient in English
• proficient in Arabic
