QA/QC Manager

Job description

We at 10 Design, part of the employer, are seeking a QA/QC Manager to join our Riyadh team. You will lead the development and implementation of quality management systems, conduct internal audits to ISO 9001 standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and produce detailed management reports, provide training, ensure standards throughout project lifecycles, build strong stakeholder relationships, mitigate risks in large projects, and stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

• Proficient in developing and implementing quality management systems
• proficient in conducting internal audits to ISO 9001 standards
• knowledge of improving quality assurance processes and standard operating procedures
• analytical skills to analyze quality metrics and prepare detailed reports
• experience managing and mentoring a quality team
• ability to develop training programs for quality awareness
• collaboration with project managers to ensure quality standards
• ability to build relationships with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies
• ability to identify and mitigate quality risks in large-scale projects
• staying updated on industry best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
• minimum 15 years of experience in quality management, with at least 10 years in the GCC
• proven track record in establishing and improving QMS for complex projects
• strong leadership and project management skills
• in-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data
• proficiency in creating and maintaining quality metrics and reporting dashboards
• strong communication skills across all organization levels
• experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations
• proficiency in quality management software and tools
• ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• fluent in English
