The role requires a minimum of 10 years of technology development experience, including at least 4 years in Mendix delivery management, familiarity with software product lifecycle, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, software engineering or science
• relevant master’s degree reduces experience requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, management information systems or similar
• extensive experience in end‑to‑end software delivery projects
• ability to lead multifunctional teams (development, quality, business analysts, technical writers, etc.)
• advanced knowledge of integration techniques and protocols
• familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud‑native environments
• ability to manage multinational teams, hire and train new staff
• understanding of workload distribution and resource allocation
• people management skills required
• excellent communication skills including presentations and technical writing in English
• familiarity with architecture patterns and deployment options
• effort sizing and estimation skills for all aspects of software delivery projects
• familiarity with hiring and training best practices.
