Job description
The role focuses on supporting IT infrastructure in Riyadh. Responsibilities include maintaining networks, hardware and software; providing technical support to users; handling Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory and basic troubleshooting; leveraging AI tools for support, automation and productivity; preparing reports using Microsoft Office; collaborating with the team to improve service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software and technical support
- familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and basic troubleshooting
- basic understanding of AI tools and their use in IT support, automation and productivity
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and common IT tools
- good problem‑solving and analytical skills
- good command of English
- strong communication and teamwork skills
