Responsibilities include first and second-level user support, maintaining systems and applications, assisting IT projects, and coordinating with vendors. Contribute to performance monitoring, information security, business continuity, and stay updated on emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• 1-2 years experience in IT or technical support role
• basic understanding of IT operations, systems and applications
• strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• good communication and customer service abilities
• ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• proficient in technical troubleshooting
• knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware and software
• understanding of wired and wireless networking fundamentals
• familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
• knowledge of IT service management principles
• basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection
• experience with IT asset management and documentation
• ability to support business applications and operational technology
• strong analytical and diagnostic skills
• ability to prioritize multiple support requests
• ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• familiarity with hospitality, retail and business systems is an advantage
• exposure to POS, property management, collaboration tools and business applications is a plus
• understanding of AV and meeting room technology support is beneficial
