Applications Programmer

Job description

The Applications Programmer contributes to the application modernization initiative focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer portals, and AI‑powered customer interaction solutions. Designs, develops, enhances and supports critical applications that improve customer service processes and deliver seamless digital experiences. Works with modern Microsoft technologies to implement intelligent capabilities such as AI chat, automated contact‑center solutions, interactive voice response, and document processing. Collaborates with business analysts, quality specialists, functional teams and technical leaders to translate business needs into scalable, reliable technical solutions. Operates in an Agile/Scrum environment and handles all software development lifecycle phases from requirement analysis and coding to deployment and production support. Guides other developers, promotes engineering best practices and continuously improves enterprise applications
