Continuous Improvement Manager

Job description

the employer seeks a talented Continuous Improvement Manager to enhance processes across departments and recommend best practices. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining policies, processes, procedures and related documents; reviewing quality manuals and documents for compliance with industry codes, standards and regulations; planning and executing audit activities, preparing reports and resolving findings; performing internal audits of offices, projects and sites and managing follow‑up actions; facilitating process improvement plans using tools and systems to achieve financial and non‑financial goals; managing continuous improvement initiatives and applying the Lean Six Sigma model; providing staff training and knowledge transfer; applying Business Process Modeling and Re‑engineering methodologies; collaborating with management on quality activities with internal and external stakeholders; and performing other related duties.

Requirements

• Certified Quality Manager
• Certified Lead Auditor
• Bachelor's Degree in field of expertise (or equivalent)
• 10+ years of related work experience
• Certified Process Professional
