Senior Construction Manager - Roads

Job description

Work on a major roads and infrastructure PMO in Riyadh. Responsibilities: oversee construction supervision activities of the design consultant and manage construction projects; participate in value engineering reviews during design and construction; collaborate with a high‑level construction management team to oversee site supervision and inspection services provided by designers, and interface with commissioning and start‑up activities; be based in the PMO office at all times to resolve issues; monitor project progress and chair construction progress meetings using innovation software to assess and validate progress via CCTV or other means; supervise the preparation of construction procedures.

Requirements

• Works closely with Project Controls Department to establish and maintain the Master Schedule and Budget
• Bachelor's Degree in a construction‑related field or equivalent experience
• minimum 15+ years of field construction experience
• experience in large civil/structural or industrial projects domestically or abroad
• comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry practices
• proven leadership and supervisory capability
