Manager - Hospitality Project Management

Job description

Manage day-to-day progression of hospitality assets from early planning through design, procurement and delivery. Coordinate stakeholders, implement project controls and proactively resolve challenges to meet programme, quality and delivery objectives. Drive asset progress, ensure team alignment and support timely project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years experience in project management or construction management on major real estate or infrastructure developments
• 5-7+ years client-side or developer-side experience
• proficiency in coordinating complex stakeholders
• strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• ability to manage multiple workstreams
• clear communication skills
• proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Primavera P6, Aconex
• experience in KSA/GCC or similar large‑scale development environments preferred
