Senior Program Controls Engineer - Reporting & Analytics

At the employer, we are looking for a talented Senior Program Controls Engineer – Reporting & Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, integrity, and continuous improvement of PMO reporting across the Roads Program. You will transform complex schedule, progress, cost, and change data into concise, accurate, and decision-ready reports. You will work closely with the PMO leadership and reporting manager. You will lead the preparation, coordination, and continuous enhancement of the PMO Weekly Progress Report and develop new reporting products and dashboards from scratch as required. You will ensure reports are concise, accurate, internally consistent, and aligned with the department’s governance framework. You will consolidate inputs received from PMCMs and PMO managers across planning, progress, cost, and change.

Requirements

• Planner or senior planner background (Project / Program level)
• Demonstrated experience producing senior-level PMO / PMC reports
• Expert-level in Primavera P6, MS Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail and internal consistency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Confident dealing with PMCMs and senior PMO stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer with at least 10 years experience
• Excellent communication skills
