Job description
the employer offers an innovative culture where you can thrive. As Deputy Practice Lead you will be the EMEA regional point of contact supporting business development and project delivery. You will support PMC pursuits, participate in strategic reviews, develop execution strategies, and help evolve the Project Management Framework. You will also lead training, manage the EMEA PM Community, and may act as Project Director for short assignments on projects valued $200‑$500 million. Travel across Europe and the Middle East is required, with possible relocation for major program assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years project management experience
- experience with PMC, PMO, PMCM and delivery partner organizations
- experience working for an international contractor or client
- held position of Project Director or Senior Project Manager on major programs across the Middle East and/or internationally
- degree in engineering or similar
- membership of a professional project management organization
