Intermediate Engineer

Join the employer new PMO focusing on major highway and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: review engineering scope, schedules, and budgets; document scope changes; assist in defining procurement scope, schedules, and budgets; support bid analysis for supplier capability; coordinate with internal technical support teams and third parties; aid the Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling technical, fiscal, and administrative functions; ensure client criteria are met; participate in decision‑making meetings with client, design consultant, and contractors; monitor compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards; cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other participants to provide technical assistance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of related work experience
• proficiency in CAD and other engineering software packages
• proficiency in design software and performing/reviewing associated calculations
• experience reviewing third‑party designs and coordinating comments for approval
• advanced MS Office skills
• familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• project management and supervision skills
• decision‑making ability and leadership skills
• time management and organization skills
• Saudi national only.
