Job description
the employer is hiring a GIS Specialist for the Qiddiya project in Riyadh. The role manages GIS to support planning, design, construction, and handover of Qiddiya assets. Utilizes ESRI platforms to deliver geospatial insights for districts and precincts, ensuring data integration and compliance with project standards. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and adheres to Saudization requirements. On‑site work in Qiddiya or relocation is required.
Requirements
- 6+ years of GIS experience
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficient in ESRI GIS platforms (ArcGIS Pro, Online, Enterprise)
- Experience with Python/JavaScript/SQL for automation and database management (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- BIM/CAD integration expertise
- Skilled in cartography and spatial data formats
- Strong English skills (Arabic a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Aconex
- Saudi nationals only
