Project Design Manager

Job description

Manage end-to-end infrastructure project delivery covering scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk. Coordinate and collaborate with all engineering, design and stakeholder disciplines. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes and client requirements. Support procurement, contract administration and change management. Facilitate meetings, resolve issues and drive decisions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in infrastructure project management (urban, roads, utilities, bridges or similar)
• strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices
• familiarity with Saudi infrastructure standards, codes and regulations
• strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills
• proven ability to manage schedules, budgets and project risks
• fluency in spoken and written English
• Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• ability to mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff
• experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary design and construction teams
• strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
