Job description

Provide first‑line trouble‑shooting to identify root causes for standalone and connected products. Achieve high first‑time fix rates and minimize recalls with cost‑effective labor and parts usage. Report labor and parts investment using CAESAR coding structure. Optimize stock inventory rotation and balance it against return‑to‑fit visits. Signal commercial opportunities to Sales and Marketing via “Onsite‑Insight”. Contribute to team development and overall service performance. Fully understand customer requirements to support the Solution Business Strategy. Liaise with and report to the relevant account manager on customer issues. Identify super‑users and deliver appropriate training on the employer products, software, printer drivers and features. Seek opportunities to develop other areas of the client’s business and coordinate with the account manager.
