Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer

Job description

The role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for projects. Oversees collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators across all departments. Ensures data accuracy, reliability, and consistency. Analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas. Advises on KPIs and performance metrics. Provides regular reports to senior management on performance against targets. Works closely with department heads to develop action plans for performance issues. Coordinates with IT to ensure optimal system functionality. Stays updated with industry best practices in monitoring and reporting. Trains and mentors staff on monitoring techniques and best practices. Leads and manages a team of performance monitoring professionals. Complies with the employer International's quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies. Performs other duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited university
• minimum 10 years' experience in project management environment on large projects
• thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience of professional project management processes and procedures
• working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up/set up work processes
• involvement in continuous improvement and capacity building/talent development
• demonstrated skill in management, supervisory and personnel administrative functions
• excellent analysis skills and report writing
• proven ability to prepare professional presentations and present them to management
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience)
