IT Supervisor

Job description

Provide comprehensive IT support while delivering memorable hospitality experiences. Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing technology equipment and connectivity requests in line with the employer Technology Network standards. Keep technology equipment running smoothly by maintaining inventory of hardware, software, and related assets. Perform installations of A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and work areas. Offer end‑user training and technical support for hardware and software issues. Process equipment and service billing for guests, address internal and external concerns, and authorize billing adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction. Document maintenance activities, record repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests, and flag issues requiring further attention.
