The role focuses on strategic leadership and technical direction. Contribute to developing and implementing the strategic vision and align departmental goals with business strategy. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance and oversight, ensuring the highest quality standards and compliance with industry regulations. Stay current with emerging technologies and apply technical knowledge to solve problems. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, preparing proposals and bids with the team. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and resources. Administer change control and ensure client satisfaction and project profitability. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, promoting professional development and continuous learning

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of systems and industry standards
• proficient in Excel
• team leadership
• compliance with standards
• at least 20 years of post‑graduate experience
• minimum 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering
• Master’s degree and/or Chartered status preferred
• proven track record in business development and winning work
• comprehensive understanding of building services design processes and related disciplines.
