The Senior Design Manager - Electrical leads electrical design of hospitality and leisure assets, ensuring reliability, safety, and premium guest experience. Manages design development from concept to IFC stage, oversees power systems, lighting design, and ELV integration (ICT, security, AV). Ensures compliance with Saudi and international electrical codes, coordinates with architects and MEP teams for seamless integration, drives smart and energy‑efficient solutions, manages consultants and reviews design quality, and supports procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning

• degree in Electrical Engineering
• 20+ years experience in electrical design
• proficient in lighting design and guest‑experience solutions
• knowledge of Saudi Electrical Code and international standards
• proficient in BIM coordination and smart building technologies
