Multitasking: The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Project Management: Possess the time and project management skills necessary to take on multiple projects. • Additional condition: Owning a car is essential. Architect - Architectural Owner's Representative Location: Riyadh Main Responsibilities: Supervising the architectural design and ensuring that it meets the owner's standards and aspirations. Representing the owner and attending coordination and periodic meetings with project management offices (PMO/PMC) and contractors for the investment portfolio. Required specialty: Actual preferred specialty: Architect (design). Type of projects and experience required: Type of projects: Investment and real estate development projects. Years of experience: 7 to 10 years. Experience requirement: Previous experience in similar projects is preferred. Previous Experience Background (Sectors Accepted): Candidates coming from a working background as an owner representative, from companies, project management offices (PMC/PMO), or consulting offices are accepted. Exclusion: No need for candidates coming from contracting companies only. Managerial Subordination: Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Nature of work: Office-based. Languages: Full proficiency in English (spoken and written). Engineering Software: Proficiency in the use of architectural design software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques. Professional and Executive Certifications: PMP Certification: Mandatory for admission. MBA Certificate: An additional, preferred and not mandatory advantage (Preferred)
