Consultant - Cybersecurity, Application Architecture

Job description

Leads and supports cybersecurity activities by assessing risks, strengthening controls, and ensuring compliance. Coordinates with internal stakeholders and contributes to protecting the employer's information assets, systems, and digital services. Responsibilities include cybersecurity governance support, risk assessments, control effectiveness evaluation, regulatory compliance support, advisory to technical teams, security monitoring assistance, vulnerability and threat management support, cybersecurity reporting, and continuous improvement of policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• professional certifications in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or governance preferred
• 4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance, security operations, vulnerability management, or related field
• experience in assessing cybersecurity risks, reviewing security controls, supporting compliance activities, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing cybersecurity reports, and contributing to security improvement initiatives.
