Building and Infrastructure Sales Head

We are a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) delivering high‑quality services to help clients meet quality, safety, environmental and social responsibility challenges. We are seeking a Building and Infrastructure Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the building, construction and infrastructure sectors. The role develops strategic sales plans, builds relationships with key clients, contractors, architects and project managers, prepares proposals and technical documents, negotiates and closes deals, conducts client reviews and identifies upselling opportunities, and collaborates with technical teams. It stays updated on Saudi building codes, competitor activities and market trends, and participates in industry events. The position operates under the the employer Quality Assurance System and Group policies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of sales experience in building, construction, infrastructure or related industries
• proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• experience with B2B sales, preferably in technical/professional services
• success managing complex multi‑stakeholder deals
• deep understanding of Saudi building codes, construction standards and infrastructure regulations
• knowledge of testing, inspection and certification services (ISO, ASTM, IEC preferred)
• strong negotiation and closing skills
• excellent communication and presentation abilities
• strategic thinking and business acumen
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
