Job description

Responsible for planning and executing real estate or investment development projects from launch to delivery. Prepare and monitor project plans and implement them. Conduct economic feasibility studies and assess investment risks. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Track progress and ensure compliance with budget and schedules. Manage and develop client relationships; identify new business opportunities; coordinate efforts with internal teams; monitor strategy implementation and achieve targets
