About the Role the employer is looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of medium to large, moderately complex GIS projects. This position is based full time, AL, and requires experience. The Project Manager will ensure that all project activities are consistent with the employer policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial objectives and schedule commitments. Key Responsibilities Execute projects according to contract scope, schedule and contractual terms. Review contracts from sales to understand terms and conditions, including awareness of risks related to margin, performance and other factors. Proactively plan, monitor and control project activities (scope, time and cost), including project delivery, implementation planning and monitoring of internal and external resources. Develop and finalize project timelines with relevant stakeholders (internal and external), prepare key project document lists, and maintain updates. Implement process activities in SAP and maintain documentation in accordance with ISO standards and internal process requirements throughout the project cycle. Coordinate with engineering and clients for timely approval of drawings and documents, and resolve project related queries/issues during implementation. Serves as a single point of contact and esc point of contact for customers regarding project issues, ensuring the employer Energy's obligations are met in accordance with the contract. Improving customer satisfaction and feedback through continuous interaction with customers and building trust and loyalty. Preparing and submitting reports Project progress for clients according to contractual requirements. Closely monitor and document customer change requests related to project scope, and obtain approvals for time extensions and additional costs. Proactively assess and identify project risks, implement mitigation actions, and prepare project risk and opportunity management plans. Coordinate with customers to conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), arrange timely dispatch clearances, and collaborate with commercial and logistics teams to prepare invoices and dispatch goods. Work with the service team for on-site installation, testing and commissioning, and with customers for timely payment collection, as-built drawings, PAC & FAC collection, project closeout, and handover to the service team. Report project status and progress to internal stakeholders and manpower Overview of the Profession: Project managers ensure that a project is completed on time, within budget, and achieves its objectives.
