As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests. • Our property maintenance team is committed to ensuring everything works as it should, to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests. It’s far more than changing a light bulb! • Our Maintenance team love to fix things! You will supervise our Maintenance Assistants and lead by example to be a master multitasker, a fixer, and a doer with the tools to keep our hotels looking top notch. • As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction, health and safety compliance, and the smooth running of the property maintenance department As Maintenance Technician, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Requirements

• Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Flexibility and a positive Yes I Can! attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
• Good understanding of preventative maintenance practices and building systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.
